Are Robbie Williams fans too dangerous to have an official chat run on the star’s website?

Articles, Internet & technology No Comments

The3Heroes herewith regret having sent a proposal for an official chatroom to Robbie Williams. Immediately upon receipt The3Heroes’ Ms Crämer was called by the now former director of Robbie Williams Com Ltd.

The director and her talked about dangers coming from fans and the closure of several chat rooms. At that time Ms Crämer was unaware about the extreme violence that was still going on within the Robbie Williams fan-scene. Unfortunately it is still violent. Ms Crämer regrets that she was unable to seeing the dangers coming from the Robbie Williams ‘fan-base as was foreseen by Robbie Williams Com Ltd.

Shortly after the conversation one fansite, that now no longer exists, ran into great controversy because of bestiality and other perversion in text form in the message board. Charges were pressed. According to a Düsseldorf police officer, the British based website could have been suspected of distribution of pornography, bestiality, and glorification of violence. Because of the server being in the UK nothing could be done.

In Germany, such a crime can be charged with 3 years in prison or a heavy fine. Only recently a Robbie Williams “fan” suggested to sing that loud with fellow fans that Robbie Williams shall suffer an acute hearing loss during his next tour. They disbelieve the terror alerts for the UK singer.

Ms Crämer’s former business partners are no longer part of The3Heroes and ended partnership in December 2005. Today The3Heroes offer PR and editorial services and live moderation. These services have nothing do with moderation of chats or message boards.

Likely “fans” damaged the car of Ms Crämer. Photography can be found on the The3Heroes website www.the3heroes.com.

Williams’ smoking habit reaches new heights

News, Personal life No Comments

ROBBIE WILLIAMS is so addicted to a brand of UK cigarettes, he flies friends over to his Los Angeles home just so he can get his hands on a fresh supply. The ANGELS hitmaker has overcome his drink and drug problems – but has yet to kick his habit of chain-smoking Silk Cut cigarettes.

He says, “Silk Cut are hard to find in LA, so sometimes I fly my mates out because I’m gasping. It’s a very expensive habit!”

Robbie Williams Linked To Much Younger “Buffy” Star

Gossips, Ladies No Comments

Following in the footsteps of fellow musician Marilyn Manson, British pop star Robbie Williams has reportedly hooked up with a much younger actress. According to reports, Williams is dating “Buffy The Vampire Slayer” star Michelle Trachtenberg. The couple, who have a 13-year age difference, have been spotted around L.A. shopping spots such as Fred Segal.

London’s News Of The World newspaper, which broke the story, say that Williams’ lack of chart success in the U.S. has made him anonymous, which is helping the new relationship. A source told the publication, “Robbie really likes Michelle – he especially loves her sense of humor. They’re having a great time just hanging out. As we all know, Robbie doesn’t have a high celebrity profile in the States despite many attempts to launch his career over there. So as far as Michelle is concerned, she’s just spending time with a normal bloke from a place called Stoke. That’s just how Rob likes it.” Williams has previously been linked to Rod Stewart’s ex-wife Rachel Hunter.

Take That voted sexiest men

News, Take That 1 Comment

Comeback kings Take That are officially the sexiest men in the world. The lads clinched the top spot on a list of the top 100 hottest hunks but former bandmate Robbie Williams trailed behind at number nine. New James Bond star Daniel Craig proved a favourite, coming second with actor Johnny Depp closely following in third place.

The surprise came with Prime Minister in waiting Gordon Brown, who sneaked in as the 97th sexiest man. The Chancellor even pipped Arctic Monkey, Alex Turner, 21, and singer Pete Doherty, 27, this year. Mr Brown, a newcomer on the list, is the oldest man at 55 to be voted for by more than 10,000 women.

The youngest person is Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe, 17, who is estimated to have a personal wealth of £14 million, at number 82. Last year Brad Pitt scooped the top spot, but the Hollywood star and father-of-three has now dropped to seventh place.

Noel Gallagher Rips Into Robbie Williams

Gossips, Personal life 3 Comments

Noel Gallagher has launched (another) scathing attack on pop superstar Robbie Williams.

Gallagher, of British band Oasis branded Robbie’s ‘new’ single Rudebox f****** Dog s****. And, to make things worse, Brits judges have ignored Robbie’s ‘new’ music for the first time in ten years. Noel, who used to be friends with Mr Williams, claims that the big man himself ,’knows just how bad his music has become’.

Insiders claim that Robbie’s single Rudebox may be in for the running for ‘Worst Track’ at the Brit awards. And to rub salt in the wound, Oasis will be headlining the Brits on 14 February and will be collecting the prestigious gong for outstanding contribution to music… SHAME!!!

Robbie’s Controversial Video Is Online Exclusive

Internet & technology, News, TV and Radio No Comments

EMI Records and IE Music have confirmed that the spectacular and controversial new video for the forthcoming Robbie Williams single ‘She’s Madonna’, a collaboration with Pet Shop Boys, will be made available to watch exclusively online at bbc.co.uk/radio1, alongside Inner Sanctum subscribers on robbiewilliams.com.

From 7am on Friday Jan 19th and for a period of 72 hours, BBC Radio 1’s website will be the only place worldwide where the video can be accessed for free.

EMI Records Head of Radio, Tina Skinner, says “EMI Records is very excited to be working with Radio 1 and IE Music on this unique offer via the Radio 1 website to bring the incredible new video for ‘She’s Madonna’ by Robbie Williams into peoples’ homes for the first time. This gives us both a fantastic cross platform opportunity to deliver one of our artists direct to his core audience on a global scale and is a great opportunity for EMI Records and Robbie Williams to work in tandem with Radio 1.â€

The song ‘She’s Madonna’ sees Robbie Williams, Neil Tennant & Chris Lowe forming their long threatened super-group in one of ‘Rudebox’s most acclaimed moments; a dynamic piece of synth-pop balladeering at its very finest from this unconquerable trio, one of two tracks that they recorded for ‘Rudebox’ last spring.

Robbie Williams has a long tradition of delivering iconic videos for his tracks. ‘She’s Madonna’s accompanying clip is no exception and shows Robbie as we have never seem him before. It was shot recently in Los Angeles during a break before the final Australasian leg of his world tour. The video features appearances from some of LA’s most famous and infamous drag queens including most notably Alexis Arquette (brother of the famed Arquette family acting siblings Patricia, Rosanna & David) and was made with Swedish director Johan Renck, whose previous video credits include William’s ‘Trippin’’ promo and acclaimed video for the likes of Beyonce, The Streets and Madonna herself.

‘She’s Madonna’ is released on March 5th on Chrysalis/EMI, and is taken from his recent and acclaimed ‘Rudebox’ album released in late 2006. Robbie Williams has just completed the final leg of his record breaking ‘Close Encounters’ World tour, playing to over 3 million people along the way.

‘She’s Madonna’ is released on March 5th on Chrysalis / EMI Records. ‘Rudebox’ – the album – is out now.

EMI pays price of a fallen angel

News 1 Comment

Music giant EMI was counting the £200 million cost of Robbie Williams’s ego and the digital revolution yesterday as it revealed an extraordinary slump in profits. The label, which said sales for 2006 are likely to be 10 per cent lower than predicted, was immediately accused of being a dinosaur that had failed to adapt quickly enough to the era of digital music.

But the slump, which leaves EMI looking to make £110 million annual savings, is equally a result of the former Take That star’s fall from grace. Williams won the biggest deal in British pop history when he signed to EMI for £80 million in 2002. At the time he was selling millions of albums and producing era-defining songs, including Angels and Millennium.

However, when EMI needed him most, in the second half of last year, he released Rudebox, an album written by the singer and his band, and described most kindly as peculiar. Other critics were much more cruel and it bombed in the charts. Rudebox came after Williams had fallen out with a series of song writers and had had problems with drugs and depression. In the run up to Christmas, the album was selling just 38,000 copies a week, against 171,000 for his previous record, Intensive Care, which itself sold badly in relation to earlier efforts.

Robert Sandall, a music writer, said: “Robbie is a good performer and a decent singer but he is no musician. He needs support. To write an album by himself was pure hubris and EMI are now counting the cost.” EMI’s other big hopes have also under-performed. Most surprising has been poor sales of Love, the George Martin-remixed Beatles album. “It has never been more the case that the big record companies are sustained almost solely by their big stars,” said Mr Sandall. “For EMI, in the second half of last year, big stars meant Robbie Williams and the Beatles. Neither lived up to expectations (more here…)

Rob’s a Brit of a loser

Gossips 1 Comment

ROBBIE Williams’s reign as the king of the Brits is well and truly over. He has been sensationally snubbed by the awards panel, receiving no nominations for his disastrous album Rudebox. The critically-panned CD, which was meant to signal his big comeback, was deemed so bad by the voting academy that for the first time in 10 years he is not a contender for Best British Male, Best British Album or Best Single.

Instead, Lily Allen, Arctic Monkeys and Razorlight are expected to dominate proceedings at this year’s event at London’s Earl’s Court Arena on February 14. Even his arch enemies Oasis will get a gong for Outstanding Contribution to music. But all 32-year-old Robbie has is a conciliatory nomination in the Best Live Act category. A music biz insider says: “A few years ago Robbie not being nominated would have been unthinkable – he had the Midas touch. But that’s clearly deserted him and he’s going to have a real struggle on his hands to regain his credibility.” The writing was on the wall for Robbie – who has a record haul of 15 Brits – last September when fans gave Rudebox the thumbs down.

Despite a costly media blitz, the single only just scraped into the Top Five then sank without a trace and the album was beset by problems. Ex-manager Nigel Martin Smith threatened to sue for libel over the lyrics to The Nineties, which implied he’d ripped Robbie off – the offending words were later changed. Then Rod Stewart’s stepson, Ashley Hamilton, accused Robbie of stealing a track they’d written together. Read the rest…
