Williams to release Sport Relief single

Robbie Williams song “Morning Sun” will be released as this year’s single for BBC charity Sport Relief.

The song, taken from his album “Reality Killed The Video Star”, will be released on 8 March, ahead of the Sport Relief weekend which runs from 19 to 21 March. Williams said he was “very happy” to be involved. “Please join us in helping this very worthwhile cause,” he added. This week, the singer is due to record his contribution to the Helping Haiti charity single “Everybody Hurts”. Read the rest…

Robbie Williams Triumphantly Returns to pick up the ‘Outstanding Contribution to Music’ Award At the 30th BRITs Ceremony. The UK’s recorded music association, The BPI, today unveiled the recipient of the prestigious Outstanding Contribution to Music Award.

Robbie Williams, who has won more BRITs than any other artist, will be awarded with the coveted trophy at The BRIT Awards 2010 with MasterCard on Tuesday 16 February.
